Biography:
Angel R. Diaz was awarded a Business Dean’s Academic Scholarship at the University of Miami and also belonged to the Order of Omega Honor Society. He graduated from the University of Miami in 2000 with a B.B.A. and received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University School of Law in 2003. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in the same year. He was also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Diaz began his legal carrier representing insurance companies and other corporate defendants. Since joining the Law Offices of Kirshner and Groff, he has put this experience to work, protecting the rights of injured people.
Mr. Diaz focuses his practice in the areas of personal Injury, automobile negligence, premises liability, insurance litigation, product liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death.
He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Miami-Dade County Bar Associations as well as The Florida Justice Association (formerly, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers).
