Richard M. Kirshner graduated with a B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1973 and received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University in 1976. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in the same year and in New York in 1977.

Mr. Kirshner has practiced personal injury litigation in South Florida for nearly 30 years. He has successfully tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict and settled thousands of other injury claims for clients.

Mr. Kirshner focuses his practice in the areas of personal Injury, automobile negligence, premises liability, insurance litigation, product liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death.

He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Miami-Dade County Bar Associations.
